The experience of a successful Real Estate transaction, coupled with a Clients smile, can only be accomplished through experience, dedication, honesty, integrity, great work ethics, mutual understood goals and communication.  Whether you are a BUYER or a SELLER I understand and am challenged by the fact that each one of you will have a unique situation and/or need.  You will find that I will take the time to discover these needs through careful listening and usually a series of questions.  Once I understand your situation, I immediately start developing a personalized plan to achieve your goal.

REALTORS® can SAY they are full time and dedicated to their career and you.  My goal is to SHOW you that I am.  By successfully serving my clients, in my first six months as a REALTORS® , I earned the One Million Dollar Producer status.  In my first full year  since 1995, I achieved the Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award.  Each year following, I was a CENTURION® REALTOR® .  This title is the highest title/status a REALTOR® can obtain in the CENTURY 21® System. Only a small percentage (2% worldwide) of the REALTORS® obtained that status within the CENTURY 21® offices.  I then moved from CENTURY 21 American Properties to Prudential John Koenig, REALTORS® in 1999 and obtained the status of PREA 100!  This award honors the top 100 REALTORS® within the Prudential System World Wide.

In 2006 I've decided to expand my business further by purchasing my own Real Estate Company.  This is a very exciting time for me and I look forward to bringing that same EXCITEMENT to your buying and selling experience!

On a more personal note, I have 4 children ages 16 through 28 and a granddaughter.  I have been a foster parent to 4 children. We retired from the Marine Corps. After twenty one years of service and have decided to make Onslow County our home.  We have lived in Jacksonville since 1990.  Being that the bulk of Onslow County Buyers and Sellers are military and/or retired relocators, I know that the twenty one years of experience that I have with military relocations will be an asset to any of my clients.  I understand the concerns that come with the move and am able to help meet your time frames and needs.  I look forward to working with you!  Please call me today!
