Joanne has been a licensed realtor in North Carolina since 2003. She and her husband moved from Cape Cod, Massechusetts in 2001 and have made Jacksonville their home ever since. Joanne was a licensed realtor in Massechusetts before migrating south. Prior to real estate, Joanne worked for 20 years in the travel industry, owning here own agency for 10 years. Being a business owner, she knows people have choices in life. Her priority is top notch customer service. Knowledge of current markets, training and good communication with her customers and clients is what sets her apart. She has earned her Accredited Buyer Representative status and in 2009 completed her accreditation for her Graduate Realtor Institute, which is a national achievement. She has also earned the Certified Residential Specialist Designation. She has served for several years on the board of directors for the Jacksonville Board of Realtors and has chaired various committees. Joanne has also been elected in 2011 to serve another three year term. With Jacksonville being a military town, she enjoys meeting people from all over the world. Originally from Riverside, California, Mark moved to Jacksonville in 1990 courtesy of the United States Marine Corps. His family has been involved in the local real estate market for more than a decade. After several years experience in both sales and customer service, Mark acquired his license to practice real estate in North Carolina. Whether you are in the market to buy or sell, Mark is the real estate professional who can assist with all your real estate needs.
Jim is a former Marine who resided in Jacksonville for nearly 25 years and has worked in several industries as a sales representative and sales manager. He has received many sales honors for production and customer service as a top automobile salesperson and real estate broker. Jim believes the customer's needs should always come first and strives to achieve top marks from his clients and from industry leaders in general.
Originally from Binghampton, New York, Jim and his wife on nearly 30 years, Margaret, and their two children, Erin, 27 and Michael, 23 chose to make Jacksonville their home rather than move back to the snow belt when he exited the Marine Corps in 1992.
Jim has a unique knowledge of the special needs of military people relocating to and from the area and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure those needs are met and exceeded.
Roger has worked in the sales and customer service field for more than 10 years, achieving multiple awards including the Mark of Excellence Award for Outstanding Product Knowledge & Customer Satisfaction from General Motors and numerous other awards while serving as a recruiter for the United States Marine Corps.
Roger has lived in Onlsow County for more than 20 years and is very knowledgeable of the area. Within one month of beginning his career as a Century 21 Real Estate Associate, Roger located and sold his first house. A commendable achievement in such a short time. As a military wife for many years and a mother of 4 children ages 15, 11, 9 and an infant, Melissa is an extremely confident wife, mother, friend and peer who knows first-hand the hardships and trials that a being military family can bring.
With her highly motivating and ambitious attitude she can alleviate the many stresses of buying or selling a home, and ensure a smooth transaction. Being a real estate agent who has great communication and negotiating skills is what she provides to each of her past and current clients. Melissa soared to new heights with at her previous position as a District Sales Manager in Virginia, where she managed over 500 Representatives. She earned the award of #1 District Sales Manager in her district. Her winning attitude and willingness to learn has led to her become a master prospector by exceeding all her additions plan. Melissa’s strength of her analytical skills and her results driven personality has allowed her to set the bar for all future District Sales Managers nationwide.
Melissa and her family have previously been stationed at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, where her husband Jeremy was assigned to HML/A-169 from ’95-04, thereafter they moved to Marine Corps Base Quantico where her husband was assigned to HMX-1 from ’04-’09 and now her family currently lives in the city of Jacksonville where her husband is stationed at Marine Corps Air Station New River and is assigned to HML/A-167 as the Quality Assurance Chief. Jeremy is also a recipient of the 2002 Aviation Maintenance Marine of the Year Award from the Marine Corps Aviation Association. Their 3 school-aged children attend local Onslow County Schools and her youngest is cared for by an in-home family childcare provider on the air station. Melissa and her family enjoy spending time together as a family and love to travel out of state to visit various family members.

Kat has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since April 2011. Kat is a Marine Corps Spouse that relocated to the Jacksonville area in 2010. She made a career decision to go into the Real Estate industry after being a stay-at-home mom for three years. Prior to becoming an agent, Kat was an assistant to a Real Estate Broker and learned about the area and the market before becoming a Licensed Real Estate Broker in May 2011. The Marine Corps has taken her to other duty stations, and Kat enjoys meeting new people and building lasting friendships with everyone she meets. Being a Military Spouse, Kat has intimate knowledge of the relocation process to a new duty stations. She loves every aspect of her career and takes great care of all her clients. She also serves on the Public Relations Committee at the Jacksonville Board Of Realtors.
