We were overseas at the time, so that alone was expected to be frustrating, however, Cherie Schulz eased are minds by taking over for another agent who we were not satisfied with.

Not only did Cherie let us make are own decisions, but she also made sure we were never being pressured. She was more interested in helping us get what we want rather than making a sell. Cherie would take care of any problem that would arise, leaving us with little stress. With Cherie buying a house wasn't as hard as some people made it seem to be.

Due to the fact that we were out of state, first time buyers, and had very little time to buy a house we were expecting much confusion, and frustration. Cherie always kept us informed, and kept the ball rolling, so that all things were completed in a timely manner and we were aware of the whole transaction.

Cherie was absolutely the best. She always kept me informed of what was happening. She was always full of energy and always answered my questions immediatly. Working with Cherie was never a problem. My only suggestion for Cherie would be to do exactly what shes been doing, a great job.

She explained everything in the contract, making so we understood it all before signing any paperwork. Cherie did a lot of little things that made the sale much easier.
