My health has brought me to a point where I am having great difficulty managing the stairs. I am on oxygen 24/7 and the stairs are a constant challenge. We appreciate the opportunity to lease this property and enjoy this lovely home and wonderful neighbors.
Due to my health, we have made the decision to move into a one story ground floor apartment. Our move in date is September the 9th.. This will give us the month of September to gradually move and set the apartment up as we go. After all of our furniture and possessions are out of the property at 205 Margaret Court we will clean the house according to the lease agreement and will be ready to hand the keys over to your realty firm no later than September 30, 2011.
